Records Management
This department is responsible for storing, retrieving, and preserving the inactive records created by Livingston County. Records held here date back to the earliest days of the county and represent a variety of offices and activities.

Records Management provides proper storage, retention, and disposition of county records as defined by New York State law using the CO-2 Records Retention and disposition schedule. The department of origin usually handles all requests for records.
